Payment / Cancellation
Payment is accepted as bank transfer or cash. We also have the possibility to charge credit cards
It is necessary to inform the owners for your time of arrival to arrange delivery of the house. You can use the “special request” part of the communication form or contact us via phone or email.
Check in : 17:30 – 22:30 or upon special arrangement due to vessel arrival to the island.
Check out : 08:00 – 12:30
A 30% downpayment is necessary to confirm the reservation. The remaining amount has to be transferred latest 15 days prior to arrival.
A cancellation within the last 15 days from arrival is not possible and in such cases the full amount will be withheld.
If reservation is cancelled up to 2 months prior to arrival, the 50% of the downpayment will be returned. Please contact us to discuss special requests or possible variations to policies subject to period and conditions.
A 400 € guaranty is withheld on arrival for general wear and damages. The amount is returned on check out upon inspection of the house.
Kids are accepted in all premises and a special kid bed can be arranged
No extra beds are possible in the rooms
Pets are NOT allowed
The house are NON smoking indoors
